Analysis of the need for developing Web-based electronic learning media (E-Learning) in the course of Learning Strategy and Interaction

Abstract


This study aims to analyze the needs of teachers and students for electronic learning media (E-Learning). The research data were taken at Muhammadiyah University of Sidenreng Rappang, Sidenreng Rappang Regency, South Sulawesi. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The data collection technique used in this research is a needs questionnaire distributed directly to students and interviews with lecturers. The implications of research on students and lecturers change the teaching pattern by utilizing electronic technology. In this study, 31 students and lecturers who taught the Strategy and Learning Interaction course were questionnaire respondents. The data was generated using a questionnaire and analyzed and then made conclusions based on the interpretation of the analysis results carried out on the Learning Process Assessment Level, Learning Media Needs Level, and Learning Description and Conditions showed that students and lecturers needed e-learning media in the Strategy and Interaction lectures at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidenreng Rappang. Based on the needs analysis results, electronic learning media (e-Learning) will be developed.
