Abstract


Abstract: One of the characteristics of 21st century learning is the empowerment of high-order thinking skills of students that are creative thinking skills and self regulated learning through the learning model of Project Based Learning. Lessons that still use classroom lecture method leads to low ability of students' creative thinking and not maximal self regulation they have. Project-based learning can be one of the alternatives that can be chosen to inspire students to learn. The purpose of this research is to know the role of learning model of PjBL in empowering creative thinking skill and self regulated learning of students. This study is a descriptive research by improving the ability of creative thinking and self regulated learning because through the application of the model, students can find their own knowledge in producing products and encourage students to think creatively and can control themselves by self-regulating.
