Abstract


ABSTRAK:  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1.) Pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013 Mata Pelajaran PPKn di SMAN 4 Makassar 2.) Hambatan yang dialami guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran PPKn di SMAN 4 Makassar. 3.) Upaya yang dilakukan guru mata pelajaran PPKn dalam mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah diperoleh dari hasil penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan data primer sebanyak 4 orang guru mata pelajaran PPKn di SMAN 4 Makassar. Hasil penelitian tentang Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran PPKn di SMAN 4 Makassar menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pelaksanaan Kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran PPKn di SMAN 4 Makassar belum berjalan secara efektif disebabkan karena sebagaian guru belum menguasai kurikulum 2013 berupa RPP, silabus, KI-KD, prota, prosem, indikator, metode pembelajaran, strategi pembelajaran, pendekatan pembelajaran dan penilaian hasil belajar. (2) Hambatan yang dialami guru dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran PPKn di SMAN 4 Makassar meliputi beberapa hal yakni: a. Guru masih kurang mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan seperti MGMP tingkat kabupaten kota, dan lainnya. b. minimnya sarana dan prasarana penunjang pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran PPKn seperti buku pegangan baik guru maupun peserta didk dan kurangnya LCD di sekolah yang menjadi salah satu faktor penghambat pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013 mata pelajaran PPKn di SMAN 4 Makassar. (3) Upaya yang dilakukan guru mata pelajaran PPKn dalam mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013 yaitu: a. Melakukan peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan atau workshop tentang kurikulum 2013 seperti pelatihan MGMP dan diskusi antara guru tentang kurikulum 2013. b. Penyediaan sarana dan prasarana penunjang pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013 se perti buku revisi kurikulum 2013 dan LCD misal penggunaan LCD secara bergilir.

ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine 1.) Implementation of the 2013 PPKn Subject Curriculum at SMAN 4 Makassar 2.) Obstacles experienced by teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum on PPKn subjects at SMAN 4 Makassar. 3.) Efforts made by PPKn subject teachers in overcoming the obstacles faced in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. To achieve these objectives the researchers used data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using qualitative descriptive analysis with primary data of 4 PPKn subject teachers at SMAN 4 Makassar. The results of the study on the 2013 Curriculum Implementation on PPKn subjects at SMAN 4 Makassar showed that: (1) Implementation of the 2013 Curriculum PPKn subjects in SMAN 4 Makassar had not been effective because some teachers had not mastered the 2013 curriculum in the form of RPP, syllabus, KI-KD, prota, prosem, indicators, learning methods, learning strategies, learning approaches and assessment of learning outcomes. (2) Obstacles experienced by teachers in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in PPKn subjects at SMAN 4 Makassar include several things, namely: a. Teachers are still lacking in training such as the district level MGMP, and others. b. the lack of facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in PPKn subjects such as the handbook of both teachers and students and the lack of LCD in schools which is one of the factors inhibiting the implementation of the 2013 PPKn subject curriculum at SMAN 4 Makassar. (3) Efforts made by PPKn subject teachers in overcoming the obstacles faced in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum, namely: a. Improving teacher competencies through training or workshops on the 2013 curriculum such as MGMP training and discussions between teachers on the 2013 curriculum. B. Provision of facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of the 2013 curriculum such as the 2013 curriculum revision book and LCD for example the use of LCD in rotation.
