PERGESERAN NILAI GOTONG ROYONG DI DESA TAMASAJU KECAMATAN GALESONG UTARA KABUPATEN TAKALAR

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui bentuk gotong royong di Desa Tamasaju (2) untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi pergeseran nilai gotong royong di Desa Tamasaju (3) untuk mengetahui peran pemerintah setempat dalam mempertahankan nilai gotong royong di Desa Tamasaju. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka penelitian menggunakan tehnik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan mengambil 7 orang yaitu Kepala Desa Tamasaju, sekretaris Desa Tamasaju, Tokoh Adat, dan empat orang masyarakat Desa Tamasaju. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian yang diolah menggunakan tehnik analisis data kualitatif Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Bentuk gotong royong di Desa Tamasaju pada masalalu di Desa Tamasaju jika dibandingkan dengan sekarang sangat jelas mengalami pergeseran dari yang dahulunya masyarakat sangat menjunjung tinggi budaya gotong royong dengan dasar kekeluargaan namun sekarang berubah ke sistem upah. (2) Faktor penyebab terjadinya pergeseran nilai gotong royong, adalah kesibukan masyarakat dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup, pola pandang masyarakat yang berubah, dan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. (3) Upaya pemerintah dalam mempertahankan nilai gotong royong adalah memberikan himbauan dan memotivasi masyarakat agar tetap menjaga dan melestarikan budaya gotong royong yang telah ada dan di junjung tinggi secara turun temurun oleh orang tua terdahulu.

ABSTRACT: This study aims (1) to determine the form of mutual cooperation in Tamasaju Village (2) to determine the factors that influence the shift in the value of mutual cooperation in Tamasaju Village (3) to find out the role of the local government in maintaining the value of mutual cooperation in Tamasaju Village. To achieve this goal, the study used data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation by taking 7 people, namely the Tamasaju Village Chief, Tamasaju Village Secretary, Customary Leader, and four Tamasaju Village people. Data obtained from the results of the study were processed using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that: (1) The form of mutual cooperation in Tamasaju village in the village of Tamasaju when compared to now is clearly experiencing a shift from what was once the community highly respected mutual cooperation on the basis of kinship but now changes to the wage system. (2) Factors that cause a shift in the value of mutual cooperation, is the busyness of the community in meeting the needs of life, the changing patterns of view of society, and the progress of science and technology. (3) The government's efforts to maintain the value of mutual cooperation are to encourage and motivate the community to maintain and preserve the culture of mutual cooperation that has existed and has been upheld for generations by past parents.
