KONTRIBUSI PENDIDIKAN DAN LATIHAN PROFESI GURU DALAM MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU PPKN (STUDI DI MADRASAH ALIYAH NEGERI BANTAENG)

Abstract

ABSTRAK :Kontribusi Pendidikan dan Latihan Profesi Guru dalam Meningkatkan Kompetensi Profesional Guru PPKn (Studi di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bantaeng). Skripsi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Makassar. Dibimbing oleh H. Heri Tahir dan Imam Suyitno.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1). Kompetensi profesional guru PPKn di Madarasah Aliyah Negeri Bantaeng (2). Hambatan yang timbul dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru PPKn di Madarasah Aliyah Negeri Bantaeng. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka peneliti menggunakan teknik pengempulan data melalui, dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Data yang telah diperoleh dari hasil penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kompetensi profesional guru PPKn yang telah lulus PLPG di MAN Bantaeng belum sepenuhnya terlaksana  dengan baik hal ini di tunjukkan bahwa dari lima indikator kompetensi profesional diantaranya: Menguasai materi, struktur, konsep, dan pola pikir keilmuan yang mendukung mata palajaran yang diampu, Menguasai standar kompetensi dan kompetensi dasar mata pelajaran/bidang pengembangan yang diampu, Mengembangkan materi pelajaran yang diampu secara kreati, Mengembangkan keprofesian secara berkelanjutan dengan melakukan tindakan reflektif, Memanfaatkan tekhnologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk berkomunikasi dan pengembangan diri. Masih ada indikator dari kompetensi profesional yang belum terlaksana yaitu memanfaatkan tekhnologi informasi dan komunikasi, sementara dalam kurikulum 2013 guru dituntut untuk harus memiliki kemampuan atau kompetensi dalam menggunakan tekhnologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam proses pembelajaran. (2) Hambatan yang timbul dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru PPKn di MAN Bantaeng datang dari sarana dan prasarana sekolah yaitu minimnya LCD, masih adanya kelas yang tidak memiliki instalasi listrik dan kurangnya buku mata pelajaran untuk peserta didik.

ABSTRACT: Contribution of Education and Training of Teacher Profession in Improving Professional Competence of PPKn Teachers (Study at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Bantaeng). Thesis Faculty of Social Sciences Makassar State University. Guided by H. Heri Tahir and Imam Suyitno.This research aims to know (1). Professional competence of PPKn teachers in Madarasah Aliyah Negeri Bantaeng (2). Barriers arising in improving professional competence of PPKn teachers in Madarasah Aliyah Negeri Bantaeng. To achieve these objectives, the researcher uses data collecting technique through, documentation, observation, and interview. The data that have been obtained from the research results are processed by using qualitative analysis. The results showed that (1) The professional competence of PPKn teachers who have passed the PLPG in MAN Bantaeng has not been well implemented. This shows that from the five indicators of professional competence are: Mastering the materials, structure, concepts, and thinking patterns that support the eyes skilled, proficient in the competency and basic competencies of subjects / fields of development that are developed, develops creativity-enhanced subject matter, develops professionally in a continuous manner with reflective actions, utilizes information and communication technologies to communicate and develop themselves. There are still indicators of professional competence that have not been implemented that is utilizing information and communication technology, while in the curriculum 2013 teachers are required to have the ability or competence in using information and communication technology in the learning process. (2) Obstacles that arise in improving the professional competence of teachers in MAN Bantaeng PPKn come from school facilities and infrastructure is the lack of LCD, there is still a class that does not have electrical installation and lack of textbooks for learners.
