APRESIASI PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA TERHADAP MOTTO HIBRIDA SEBAGAI PROGRAM DI KABUPATEN BARRU

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui Sikap Pedagang Kaki Lima Terhadap Motto Hibrida Sebagai Program Di Kabupaten Barru, dan (2) untuk mengetahui Perilaku Pedagang Kaki Lima Terhadap Motto Hibrida Sebagai Program Di Kabupaten Barru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan Kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Terdapat 20 informan Pedagang Kaki Lima, 10 Informan Pelanggan Pedagang Kaki Lima, 1 informan dari dinas Koperasi, UKM, Dan Perindag, 1 informan dari Dinas Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup dan 1 informan dari Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja. Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan tabulasi data. Data yang terkumpul diolah dan dibahas menggunakan teknik analisis deskriftif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bentuk Apresiasi Pedagang Kaki Lima Terhadap Motto Hibrida Sebagai Program di Kabupaten Barru, yaitu: (1) sikap pedagang kaki lima menunjukkan dukungan yang positif terhadap  Motto Hibrida sebagai Program ditandai dengan (a) menjaga kebersihan, (b) menjaga dan memelihara tanaman, (c) saling memperingati atau mengingatkan dalam menjaga kebersihan. (2) perilaku pedagang kaki lima terhadap Motto Hibrida sebagai Program yaitu ditunjukkan dengan (a) menanam tanaman, (b) menyiapkan tempat sampah, dan (c) melakukan kerja bakti.

ABSTRACT: This study aims to (1) to know the attitude of street vendors toward hybrid motto as a program in Barru regency, and (2) to know the behavior of street vendors toward hybrid motto as a program in Barru regency. The research method used is qualitative with descriptive research type. There are 20 informants of street vendors, 10 informants of street vendors, 1 informants from the cooperative, SME, and Perindag, 1 informant from the Environmental Management Agency and 1 informant from the Civil Service Police Unit. Data collection techniques were obtained by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques, as well as using qualitative descriptive analysis and tabulation of data. The collected data is processed and discussed using qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of the research show the form of Appreciation of Street Traders on Motto Hybrids as a Program in Barru District, namely: (1) the attitude of street vendors shows positive support for Motto Hybrid as Program marked by (a) maintaining cleanliness, (b) maintaining and maintaining plants , (c) commemorate or remind each other in maintaining cleanliness. (2) street hawkers' behavior toward Motto Hybrids as Programs is shown by (a) planting crops, (b) preparing trash cans, and (c) doing consecrated work.
