Abstract


This paper aims to know the effectiveness of the role of teachers and parents in learning conducted online, especially during the pandemic covid-19. The method used is qualitative descriptive, through observation, observation, and interaction activities with students, parents and teachers. This is done as part of the process of data collection, data reduction and presentation of data until the conclusion is drawn. In addition, literature studies were conducted to support the results obtained. From this study, information was obtained that the role of parents is needed to overcome the obstacles faced by students during online learning by providing supporting facilities and infrastructure so that interaction between students and teachers during the learning process runs effectively. Teachers prepare the right learning materials and methods to facilitate online learning. This allows collaboration between Teachers, Parents and students during online learning to run effectively.
