Abstract


The application of a varied learning model of Art
and Culture subjects in elementary school will have an impact
on students. They will be easier in understanding subjects so
that the quality of learning will increase. The results of early
observations made showed that the ability of elementary
school teachers in applying various art learning models was
still limited. It could be seen from varied activities. As a result,
the learning process was monotonous. The strategic target of
this training activity was elementary school teachers in Bone
Regency, consisting of several teachers, school operators and
the school principal. Activities that have been carried out
related to the training of learning models of Art and Culture in
the elementary school have shown satisfactory results. It is
because the implementation of the training program provided
great benefits of the application of art learning models in the
elementary school.
