Meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran melalui pelatihan pembelajaran matematika realistik

Abstract
PKM program was performed by providing training
and mentoring activities to participants about the Realistic
Mathematics Education for elementary school teachers with
the aims of (1) to increase knowledge about the Realistic
Mathematics Eduaction, (2) participants can implement the
Realistic Mathematics Education in the learning process, and
(3) participants can disseminate or disseminate knowledge of
the Realistic Mathematics Education. The main target
audience of this PKM program were school supervisors,
school principals and school teachers in the Tinggimoncong
District, Gowa Regency, South-Sulawesi Province. The results
obtained in the PKM program activities were increased
knowledge and concepts of Realistic Mathematics Education
of PKM program participants, increased development skills in
the Realistic Mathematics Education of PKM program
participants, PKM program participants can make examples
and compile the Realistic Mathematics Education activities in
the class, and PKM program participants can implement the
Realistic Mathematics Education in the learning process at
school. Other results obtained were increased of participants’
motivation in knowing the material of realistic mathematics
learning and the high enthusiasm of participants in
disseminating the results of PKM program, especially the
material on Realistic Mathematics Education.
