Penilaian pembelajaran pada Guru SD di Kabupaten Bone

Abstract


The success of the assessment process is highly
dependent on the teacher, but the reality in the field shows that
teachers still have difficulties in preparing assessment plans,
conducting assessments, processing assessments and utilizing
assessment results. To date, most elementary school teachers
in Patimpeng District, Bone Regency, especially teachers who
teach in Paccing and Massila Villages tend to still measure the
students' ability using the Lower Order Thinking Skills
and the questions that are made are not contextual. This PKM
aimed to provide training in developing skills of assessment
instructional items and its assessment rubric for elementary
teacher groups in Bone Regency. The program used
participatory, group and individual approaches. The method
covered the lecture, discussion/Forum Group Discussion and
project. The partner groups consisted of 2 groups. These
activities included: 1) Training and direct practice to formulate
assessment indicators, 2) Determine the appropriate assessment

techniques in accordance with the basic competencies
taught, 3) Develop items of High-Level Thinking assessment
instruments and their assessment rubrics. The results of this
activity were: 1) The elementary teacher group was able to
formulate assessment indicators, 2) The teachers were able to
process and describe the results of the assessment of attitudes,
knowledge and skills, 3) The teachers developed items of
High-Level Thinking assessment instruments as well as the
assessment rubrics.
