Abstract


Abstrak. Mitra Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah Asosiasi Bimbingan dan Konseling (ABKIN) Kab. Takalar. Masalahnya adalah (1) kurangnya softskill siswa SMK, (2) kurangnya keterampilan guru BK dalam mengembangkan softskills siswa SMK selama study from home (SFH). Sasaran adalah (1) meningkatkan softskills siswa SMK, (2) meningkatkan keterampilan guru BK dalam mengembangkan softskills siswa melalui Model Bimbingan Karir Masa Depan. Metode yang digunakan adalah: webinar, diskusi dan curah pendapat. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) mitra mampu memberikan layanan untuk meningkatkan softskills siswa, (2) mitra memiliki keterampilan yang baik dalam mengembangkan softskills siswa di SMK selama study from home (SFH) melalui Model Bimbingan Karir Masa Depan.
