Peningkatan kapasitas manajemen koperasi bagi pengurus koperasi

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program (PKM) partner is a cooperative organizer in Panakkukang Makassar District.
The problem is: (1) the management does not yet fully understand the process of good cooperative management, (2) there is no
understanding of management about good management of cooperative capital, (3) the management does not yet understand how
to obtain and use funds owned effectively and efficiently, (4) management has not yet understood the methods of analyzing good
financial statements in the practice of managing capital for cooperatives. The external goal is to become more effective and
efficient in the cooperative management process so that it can improve cooperative performance institutionally. The method used
is: lecture, discussion, and question and answer. The results achieved are cooperative management (1) understanding the
cooperative management process that is good, (2) understanding good cooperative capital management, (3) understanding about
how to obtain and use funds owned effectively and efficiently, (4) understand the method of report analysis good finance in
cooperative capital management practices.
