Abstract


The Community Partnership Program (PKM) partners are Hang Tuah Makassar High School teachers. The problem is:
(1) there are still teachers who have low motivation in carrying out classroom action research in an effort to improve the quality
of their learning, and (2) there are still teachers who do not understand the stages in the preparation of classroom action research.
External targets are (1) the teacher can understand how to integrate classroom action research into learning, and (2) the teacher
can apply the stages in conducting classroom action research. The methods used are: lecture, discussion, and question and
answer. The results achieved are (1) teachers who have been trained have motivation and knowledge on how to integrate
classroom action research into learning, and (2) teachers who have been trained to have knowledge and apply the stages in the
implementation of classroom action research.
