Abstract


This service aims to increase the knowledge of athletes and physical trainers in the circuit and plyomertic branches of
karate martial arts INGKANAS Tanting UNM PROVINCE, South Sulawesi. The object of this service is athletes who are
members of the sports branch of KARATE Ingkanas Branch UNM. The implementation technique of Circuit and Plyometric
physical training for athletes and trainers is through the provision of theory and practice of the form of Circuit and Plyometric
movements for martial arts and other related sciences in this community service. The results of this community service training
show that: (1) From a theoretical point of view, beginner trainers participating in Circuit and Plyometric training activities
experience an increase in knowledge of approximately 95% of all participants present, and increase understanding of the benefits
and importance of Circuit and Plyometric exercises. (2) While the results of the evaluation of Circuit and Plyometric training
practices, around 100% of athletes and trainers who participated in the training showed a very good increase in ability to apply
Circuit and Plyometric exercises, this is because in the practice of giving athletes and trainers instructed to use patterns using
equipment for very standard Circuit and Plyometric physical exercises so that participants immediately feel the effects and
benefits. (3) An evaluation of theory and practice in the implementation of Circuit and Plyometric physical training showed a
very good synchronization with a success rate of around 95% of all participants participating in the PKM at the Karate Ingkanas
Twigs UNM South Sulawesi Province.
