Abstract


The general objective of this activity is to improve and to meet the needs for the improvement of school principals
capability in conducting their internal school self-evaluation which involves stakeholders to see school performance based on
SPM and SNP, the results of which are used as a basis for the preparation of School Work Plans (SWP) and as input for
education investment planning at district / city level and for other stakeholders. The target of community service activities is to
make a real contribution to partners in meeting the need to improve the ability of principals to carry out school self-evaluations
that are internal by using Technical Analysis Management (TAM). The implementation methods used were training, mentoring
and reflection. Based on the observations made during the training process carried out for three days and the results of the
posttest conducted to participants, it can be concluded that: the ability of principals to carry out school self-evaluations that are
internal by using Technical Management Analysis (TAM) has increase 55% of the results the accumulation of the average
pretest score with a score of 30 to a score of 85 after posttest. This figure showed a remarkable increase in that the principal has
been able to do Technical Management Analysis (TAM) in conducting school self-evaluation. While the rest still need additional
reinforcement so that they can carry out internal school self-evaluations using Technical Analysis Management (TAM). The
knowledge and skills gained in this training will be applied in their respective schools, so that principals can conduct school selfevaluations
based on the real conditions of the school internally by using scientific analysis techniques through Management
Analysis Techniques (TAM).
