Abstract
Partner of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is teachers of SD INPRES PANDANG-PANDANG. The problems are: (1) Teacher motivation is low in doing (CAR). (2) Lack of understanding of the systematic writing of classroom action research (CAR), and (3) the teachers are difficult to determine the actions that will be applied in overcoming the problem. The method used was: lecture, question and answer, discussion, and practice. The results achieved are (1) The teachers have motivation in conducting CAR, 2) The teacher knows the systematic writing of CAR, (3) The teachers are able to identify the appropriate actions to overcome problems in the learning process.
