PKM pelatihan pelaporan dan administrasi data akademik berbasis Microsoft Excell bagi guru SMP di Kabupaten Gowa

Abstract

The partner of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) is the group of School Teachers. The problems are: (1) the lack of knoweldge owned by the partner about administering student academic data using technology media, (2) the lack of partner skills in using Microsoft Excel applications to support academic activities, (3) the absence of academic data administration activities either in school or in schools, and (4) there is no microsoft excell-based report making using academic data as a whole. The external target is the administration of student academic data by the school that can be processed according to the needs of the school to issuing school policies related to academic activities. The methods used in this activity are: lectures, demonstrations, discussions, questions and answers, and counterpart partners. The achieved results are that (1) partners have knowledge of administering students' academic data by partners using media technology, (2) partners have partner skills in using Microsoft Excel applications to support academic activities, (3) partners already have basic skills to administer data academic, and (4) partners have the ability to make reports based on Microsoft Excel in managing academic data.
