Implementasi sistem komputerisasi inventarisasi data obat

Abstract

The partner of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) are the employees of the Todopuli health center. The problem so far is that every working day the drug officer in the Toddopuli health center records the number of drugs that come out that day manually. Likewise, the warehouse officer always records the incoming and outgoing drugs as well as the stock that is still in the warehouse with a manual system. If the drug data is inventoryed through a computer using a database so that work will be easier and faster and data accuracy is guaranteed. In detail,the purpose of this activityis (1) to introducea variety of computer utilization in community health centers, (2) createa data inventory system drug program using the Excel program, (3) to train skilled workers in order to inventory the drug clinic drug data through computer media. The methods usedare (1)observation, namely to determine the condition of health centers,(2)the design of the program, which is to designa computer program for drug data, (3) demonstration, which demonstrated program design, and (4) the evaluation, the evaluation ofthe whole setof activities. Outcomes ofthese activitiesare (1) as many as 10 people pharmacist shave the knowledge on how to design a database of drugs, (2) by 3 person drug ware house clerk was able toknowledge ofhow todesign adrug ware house data base reports. The implicationsof these activitieswill improve health center services to patients if it is implemented well.
