Inovasi motif kue lapis dalam meningkatkan keterampilan ibu rumah tangga di Desa Bonto Jai Kabupaten Bantaeng

Abstract

This Community Partnership Program (PKM) partners with housewives. The reasons we conduct this program are: (1) the housewives lack of knowledge of patterned layer cake recipes, (2) the housewives lack of knowledge and skills on the process of making the basic dough of the cake, (3) the housewives lack of knowledge and skills to make patterned dough of the cake, and (4) the housewives lack of skills to make silk-woven patterned layer cake. The external target is a layer cake that is patterned like a woven silk fabric that looks beautiful and attractive with a variety of bright colors. The methods used are: lectures, hands-on practice, discussions, questions and answers, and companion partner. After conducting this Community Partnership Program, the results show that (1) partners have knowledge of layer cake recipes, (2) partners have knowledge and skills to make basic dough of the cake, (3) partners have the knowledge and skills to make patterned dough of the cake, (4) partners have the skill to make silk-woven patterned layer cake with attractive presentation.
