Abstract


Understanding of primary school teachers of campus VI UNM Watampone on the development of early grade literacy media need to be improved, so the Community Partnership Program need to be implemented. Partner's problem are (1) Lack of understanding of primary school teachers of Primary Teacher Education Watampone about the development of early class literacy media, (2) lack of ability of primary school teacher partners to make media literacy writing on early class primary school, and (3) the ability to use the early grade literacy media. The Community Partnership Program goal are (1) to provide primary school teachers with early-class literacy media knowledge (2) to provide primary school teachers with early class literacy training, and (3) to provide primary school teachers with practice training to used early grade literacy media. Addressing the problems of partners conducted Community Partnership Program activities by using the Workshop method of early grade literacy media development gradually with the allocation of time starting July 2019 until September 2019. The result of Community Partnership Program are (1) generating guidelines for creating and using of primary school literacy media usage, (2) generating guidelines for creating and using the initial class of primary literacy media writing and (3) produce works in the form of early literacy media primary School. Community Partnership Program results indicate that the implementation of this program on the aspect of the mastery of literacy material, the creation of literacy media, and the practice of good category literation media. Community Partnership Program training participants to understand the concept of media material literacy well, also can be concluded that  program can training participants to make early grade literacy media well, practice early-class research media in learning and writing well.
