Abstract


The improper use and installation of electricity that is not in accordance with PUIL standards, will provide huge losses for consumers. Output targets to be achieved in the KKN-PPM activities are : 1) Increase the stimulant of student empathy and concern for community include youth issues in Tarowang, Jeneponto. By that, there is a change in community and youth behavior in addressing the importance of entrepreneurship training skills and education to grow up resources, which can empower the economically, so that the community will be the tip of spear towards an independent village in facing the challenges of globalization 2) To overcome problems through training skills and education of entrepreneurship also knowledge creative businesses side 3) To overcome the problems faced by the community and youth through developing creative industries based on local potential 4) students have the ability to compile programs and implement KKN-PPM programs with detailed planning for one and a half months 5) students can collaborate with the community and youth in preparing proposals to support the sustainability of KKN-PPM related theme activities. The method used in this skills training are discussions, questions and answers also demonstrations/ practices which are guided by all KKN PPM Students in Tarowang ,Jeneponto. The results of this are 1) increased community and youth participation in the empowerment program through electricity and computer skills as well as marketing and financial management in Tarowang, Jeneponto 2) increased knowledge and skills of the community and youth in electricity and computer skills as well as business management, marketing and finance 3) increased knowledge and skills of the community and youth in using the internet as an online marketing medium 4) increasing public awareness and youth organizations in realizing self-financing and self-help in developing small business/household business groups in the village of Tarowang.
