Abstract


The activity of Community Partnership Program (PKM) aims to provide knowledge and skills on how to conduct test grain analysis with ITEMAN (Item and Test Analysis) Program at SMK teachers in Sidenreng Rappang regency, so that With such knowledge and skills teachers can develop tests with good quality to measure the success of the teaching learning process. The training was carried out using several met i.e. lectures, discussions/questions, demonstrations and independent tasks. The results of the evaluation of the activity of the Community partnership Program can be concluded that the mastery of theoretical material shows a large part of the participants can master the test theory well. In terms of the use of ITEMAN program, participants can live well and smoothly, and able to give an interpretation of the print out of ITEMAN analysis results. The supporting factors in the implementation of this activity are the participants showed a strong interest and willingness to master the material presented. The inhibitory element in this activity is often the participants are late attending the venue. It is hoped that teachers should continue to improve their ability to develop tests especially in the tests regarding the learning achievements that comply with the criteria for validity and reliability.
