Abstract


This study aims to determine the Development of Fitness-based Learning Model Games to improve the fitness of elementary school students. This research is a Research and Development study. The population in this study were elementary school students in Bone Regency with a sample of 90 people, 10 people for the initial field test, 30 people in the main field test and 50 people in the operational field test with the help of SPSS version 20 computer program with a confidence level of 0.05% (95%). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: Fitness-Based Learning Model The game contains two types of games namely Fitness Hours and Chain Balls
