Implementasi Program Three End’s sebagai upaya meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial anak dan keluarga di Kota Makassar

Abstract

This study aims to find out: a. The implementation of the three end program is an effort to improve the social welfare of children and families in the city of Makassar. b. Factors that become obstacles to the implementation of three end's in Makassar City. c. The right strategy is implemented in implementing the three end program in Makassar City. This research is qualitative research, data comes from observation, interviews, and documentation. Primary data source (main) and secondary data source (additional). To collect data in this study used data collection techniques, namely: Observation, Interview, and Documentation. Data that has been collected, both primary and secondary data are analyzed qualitatively and subsequently described. A. The implementation of the Three End's Program in Makassar City, carried out in two forms, the first form was carried out directly by the PPPA ministry in the form of program socialization and launching, and the second was carried out by the PPPA Office of Makassar City in various PPPA service programs according to the respective fields of the three programs. must end, namely end the violence against women and children, end human trafficking and end economic inequality. B. Factors that hinder the implementation of the three-end program in Makassar City. There are external obstacles in the field, when handling cases of violence and other cases, the parties want their cases to be over quickly, impatient through the process of resolving disputes or cases experienced, another obstacle is the absence of one party if they want to be mediated or asked for information . C. The right strategy is implemented in implementing the three end's program in the city of Makassar, which is to make the three end's program a sustainable basic activity, motivate victims to be open to cases that occur through socialization and community approaches, synergize relevant institutions and agencies to facilitate dissemination program implementation.
