Regulasi Diri Karir Guru Bimibngan dan Konseling dalam Aspek Peran Gender

Abstract


Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perbedaan regulasi diri karir guru BK dilihat dari aspek peran gender. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ni adalah guru BK di kota Makassar, dimana teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, sehingga ditemuan jumlah sampel sebesar 112 guru BK. Istrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen hasil adaptasi dari teacher relf-regulation scale dari Aydin et, al. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji One Way ANOVA dengan bantuan JASP. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan regulasi diri karir guru BK dilihat dari peran gender laki-laki dan perempuan. Meskipun temuan penelitian ini berbeda dengan hasil penelitian terdahulu, akan tetapi terdapat faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan tidak terdapatnya perbedaan tersebut dari aspek peran gender. Faktor tersebut terdiri dari dukungan keluarga, dukugan organisasi, dukungan teman sejawat, usia dan sumber daya.
