Abstract


Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) asesmen kebutuhan pengembangan model pembelajaran WBL dan 2) efektivitas model WBL untuk meningkatkan keterampilan praktik pengukuran listrik. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode wawancara dan angket. Pendekatan penelitian adalah penelitian pengembangan (R&D) dengan konsep Thiagarajan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif, kualitatif dan inferensial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisis kebutuhan bahan untuk pengembangan model pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian berupa produk pembelajaran model WBL praktik pengukuran listrik Taruna TBU yang bersifat layak dan efektif: 1) hasil asesmen bahwa identitas profesional aspek pengetahuan pribadi pada kompetensi metakogitif berkontribusi paling besar terhadap capaian keterampilan pengukuran listrik dan 2) hasil belajar pada kelompok kelas eksperimen TBU IX dengan model WBL lebih efektif dibandingkan hasil belajar kelompok kelas kontrol TBU X melalui pembelajaran metode tradisional.
