Persepsi Mahasiswa Terhadap Lingkungan dalam Cerpen Pergi Dari Tanah Sendiri Karya Ahmad Al Hafidz

Abstract


Abstrak. Fenomena lingkungan seperti kerusakan ekosistem memerlukan penanganan untuk pelestariannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi tanggapan pembaca terhadap fenomena lingkungan dan  resepsi pembaca dalam cerpen Pergi dari Tanah Sendiri Karya Ahmad Al Hafidz. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah metode dokumentasi dan angket. Subyek penelitian adalah mahasiswa pascasarjana angkatan 2020/2021 Universitas Negeri Makassar sebanyak 20 responden. Objek penelitian adalah respons pembaca cerpen tentang fenomena lingkungan. Data penelitian ini berupa kalimat dan paragraf atau dialog tokoh atau narasi pengarang yang berkaitan dengan fenomena lingkungan dan interpretasi mahasiswa sebagai pembaca cerpen. Sumber data berasal dari hasil angket tanggapan  cerpen “Rumah Pohon” karya Yogi Pradana yang diterbitkan oleh surat kabar online Kedaulatan Rakyat pada 13 Februari 2022 di web ruangsastra.com. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi NVivo 12 Plus. Temuan penelitian adalah fenomena lingkungan dalam cerpen, yaitu bencana alam, binatang, dan pemukiman. Pembaca menerima dan merespons positif cerpen dengan berbagai alasan, yaitu: alih fungsi lahan, dukungan  pihak berwenang, pejuang pelestari lingkungan, dan pelestarian lingkungan.
