Analisis Faktor Keterlambatan Penyelesaian Studi Mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Arab FBS UNM

Abstract

Abstrak.  Factor Analysis of the delay in completing study of students in the Study Program of Arabic Language Education, Faculty of Language and Literature, State University of Makassar (FBS UNM). The purpose of this study is to determine the factors of delay student in completion study in the Study Program of Arabic Language Education. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with the research location in the Arabic Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Language and Literature, State University of Makassar. The research time was eight months, and the research sample was selected using Purvosive Sampling. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained using direct observation and interviews with informants, while secondary data was obtained through intermediaries in the form of notes, behavioral reports, and documents related to the research theme. The informants in this study consisted of 10 people, 6 informants from 2015 students and 4 informants from 2016 students. The results of this study indicate that the delay in completing the study of students of the Arabic Language Education Study Program FBS UNM is influenced by two factors; internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include: Lack of motivation and lack of interest. The external factors include: married factors, late KKN and PPL factors, economic factors, and health factors.
