Abstract


Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antar variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja pengaruhnya terhadap kemampuan inovasi serta dampaknya pada kinerja karyawan bengkel motor di Kota Makassar. Adapun masalah penelitian ini adalah : 1) bagaimana pengaruh kepemimipinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kemampuan inovasi karyawan otomotif perbengkelan berskala kecil di Makassar, 2) bagaimana pengaruh kemampuan inovasi terhadap kinerja karyawan usaha perbengkelan berskala  kecil di Makassar, 3) bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan usaha otomotif perbengkelan berskala kecil di Makassar, dan 4) bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan usaha otomotif perbengkelan berskala kecil melalui kemampuan inovasi di Makassar. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model persamaan struktur. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan inovasi dan kinerja karyawan.
