Materi Dan Level Hots Tes Bahasa Indonesia Dalam Latar Kurikulum Ganda

Abstract


Abstrak. Soal Ujian Nasional dalam latar Kurikulum KTSP dan Kurikulum 2013 lebih berafiliasi pada Kurikulum KTSP dan tidak menunjukkan kemajuan dalam penggunaan soal-soal HOTS dari satu priode ujian ke periode berikutnya. Penelitian  deskriptif ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan materi dan level HOTS tes Ujian Nasional Bahasa Indonesia  (UNBI) 2016 dan 2017. UNBI 2016 dan 2017 dilaksanakan dalam latar Kurikulum 2013 (K13) dan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP). Penelitian ini adalah studi dokumen dengan pendekatan analisis isi. Telah diteliti sampel soal UNBI SMA/MA IPS, yaitu satu paket  yang digunakan tahun 2016 dan satu paket yang digunakan tahun 2017. Masing-masing soal terdiri atas lima puluh butir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa materi tes UNBI lebih dominan bersumber dari materi KTSP dan soal-soal HOTS tidak menunjukkan kemajuan dari UNBI 2017 dibandingkan dengan UNBI 2016. Hasil ini mengindikasikan bahwa UNBI 2016 dan 2017 tidak dapat dijadikan acuan pengukuran hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia dengan K13 dan pengembangan HOTS dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia K13 belum terimplementasi dengan baik
