Pembelajaran Multikultural Anak Usia Dini Berbasis Kearifan Lokal

Abstract


Abstract. The aim of this research was to determine the development of multikultural learning methods for young children based on local wisdom. The focus in this research is the application of the curriculum and strengthening the value of local wisdom. The type and approach of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used in this study consisted of structured field observation and interview methods which were further analyzed using interactive model data analysis techniques. Data that has been analyzed will then be checked for the validity of the data obtained through triangulation techniques in the form of sources and techniques. The results of the study concluded that the development of multikultural learning in the TK Pertiwi DWP Setda Sulsel South Sulawesi was integrated in the curriculum which included dimensions of inclusive learning, multiple intelligences, discovery methods, understanding universal values, fairness values and gender equality as well as strengthening local wisdom values in the form of SIPA principles consisting on the principle of sipakatau (humanizing each other), sipakaraja (mutual respect), sipakalebbi (glorifying each other), sipakainge’ (reminding each other), sipatokkong (mutually reinforcing) and sipakatuwo (mutually protecting)
