Abstract


This study aims to develop, test, and explore the effectiveness of integraded literally teaching materials in improving student learning outcomes in Makassar poetry apprection courses based on character education. This research is a type of research and development. This research and development is a process used to develop and validate educational products such as : Semester learning plan, learning materials, learning models, poetry assessment models produced in this study. Research test subjects were student of regional language and literature education study program. Data collection techniques used in this research development are observation, discussion, and documentation. Data obtained through questionnaires were analyzed using descriptive statistical formulas. The result of this indicated that (1) the average value of the quantitave data of the three subcomponents on the content of the teaching material is 93,19% which is a very feasible category. For the qualitative data of the three subcomponents on the contents of the material it can also be concluded that it does not need to be revised, (2) the average value of the quantitative data of the three subcomponent on the language feasibility of the teaching material is 93,75% which is a very feasible category. For the qualitative data of the three subcomponents in the language of the teaching material it can also be concluded that there is no need to be revised, and (3) the average value of the feasibilty of presenting the teaching material is 93,75% which is a very feasible category. For the qualitative data of the three subcomponents in the presentation of the teaching material it can also be concluded that it doesnt need to be revised.
