Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi penggunaan bahan ajar fisika berbasis simulasi interaktif dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing pada pembelajaran fisika. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan meode kajian literatur dari berbagai sumber untuk mengetahui penggunaan simulasi dengan langkah-langkah pembelajaran inkuiri serta metode survey untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dikalangan pelajar sehingga diperoleh data untuk bisa mengaplikasikan bahan ajar berbasis simulasi interaktif. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil survey kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan persentase. Berdasarkan hasil kajian literatur dapat disimpulkan bahwa simulasi komputer telah banyak digunakan dalam pembelajaran dengan tahapan penyelidikan dan memberikan dampak yang positif, beberapa hal yang perlu diperhatikan sebelum menggunakan simulasi komputer adalah kebenaran simulasi itu dalam menunjukkan fenomena fisis, kemudahan dalam menggunakan dan juga menyesuaikan dengan karakteristik siswa. Berdasarkan survey, secara umum 85% responden setuju dengan penggunaan simulasi komputer dalam pembelajaran. Selain itu, data yang menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan laboratorium masih sangat kurang. Sehingga diharapkan simulasi komputer dapat dijadikan alternatif untuk melakukan pengamatan fenomena fisis
