Abstract


Aplikasi Monitoring kuliah telah dirancang dengan memanfaatkan Aplikasi google form (AGF). Monitoring kuliah dilakukan dengan tujuan mengumpulkan data kegiatan perkuliahan per pekan untuk kepentingan analisis kesesuaian materi kuliah dan rencana pembelajaran semester, memantau tingkat kehadiran dan keterlaksanaan perkuliahan sesuai jadwal. AGF dipilih karena tergolong sebagai aplikasi open source, digunakan secara online, dan kesederhanaan dalam perancangan dan penggunaannya. AGF yang dirancang digunakan oleh dosen sebagai pengampu mata kuliah dan mahasiswa sebagai peserta kuliah. Dalam riset pengembangan ini, hasil yang diperoleh berupa form isian, hasil input data setiap pengguna, dan basis data hasil input dari seluruh pengguna. Analisis terhadap data yang diperoleh merupakan luaran tambahan yang dibahas secara terpisah.

The college monitoring application has been designing using the Google form application (GFA). Monitoring of lectures is carried out to collect data on lecture activities each week to analyze the suitability of course material and semester learning plans, monitoring the level of attendance, and implementation of lectures on schedule. AGF was chosen because it is classified as an open-source application, used online, and simplicity in its design and use. AGF is designed to be used by lecturers as lecturers and students as lecturers. In this development research, the results obtained are in the form of forms, the results of data input for each user, and the database of input results from all users. Analysis of the data obtained is an additional output which is discussed separately.
