Abstract


Abstract:     The aim of this research was determine the effect of  Video Video  on learning motivation and achievement student at class XI MIA in SMA Negeri  3 Makassar. The sample in this research were students of class XI MIA 8 as control class and class X MIA 1 as experimental class that obtained by using simple random sampling technique. This research used a quasi-experimental research with used design pretest-posttest control group design. Learning motivation and achievement are measured by using motivation questionnaire and multiple choice tests on environmental change. The collected data were analyzed in descriptive statistics and inferential statistics with anacova.The results showed that (1) students’ motivation and achievement that taught by Power Point Media  was at high category with the mean value are 78,71 dan 70,93 and( (2) students’ motivation and achievement that taught by Video Media  at h high category with the mean value are 83,79 dan 77,17 ;(3) there is effect of Video Media on students’ Learning motivation and achievement with significance value was 0.002 and 0,016.
