Abstract: This study included quasi-experimental research. Population in this research is all learning rombel class X MIPA even semester SMA (Senior High School) Negeri number 5 Sinjai year lesson 2017/2018. Sampling used is purposive sampling technique with each class of 29 students. The data in this study were collected through questionnaire of learning motivation and learning result test. Data analysis using covariance analysis test (ANAKOVA). Results of inferential analysis with SPSS 20.0 for Windows obtained sig value. greater than 0.05 (0.000> 0.05. The result of the research shows that (i) there is influence of learning discovery learning model utilizing environment as learning resource to learner’s motivation; (ii) there is an influence of learning discovery learning model utilizing the environment as a learning resource to learners' learning result.
