Abstract


Abstract: This research was aimed to know the influence of inquary learning model toward the critical thinking ability .Outcome by using  pretest-posttest nonequivalent control group design. This research was done at the second grade of  IPA SMAN 1 Alla Kab. Enrekang. The population was 124 studens and the sample was 5o students. Data the critical thinking ability by using essay test. The data was analized by using ANAKOVA os SPSS 20 for windows. The research outcome shows: (1) udents who learning by using inquiry learning model then direct intruction (F=84%; p>75%).
