Pengembangan Penuntun Praktikum Mikrobiologi Berbasis Pendekatan Keterampilan Proses Sains Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Biologi Universitas Muslim Maros

Abstract: This research is a kind of research development (research and development). The development of this learning tool refers to the development model developed by Reiser and Mollenda is ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation). The purpose of this study is to produce learning products in accordance with the appropriate process valid, practical, and effective. The research was conducted at the laboratory of Biology, Faculty of mathematics and natural sciences in Muslim University of Maros. Subjects in this research are  semester 5 students class of 2015 in biology education of academic year 2017/2018. Validaty of the data obtained from two validators. validation of the result obtained some suggestions and made revisions to produce a valid prototype 1. Practical data is obtained from the practicum sheets implementation instrument. Then the effectiveness data is obtained from learning instrument, test result of practice, and response. Response to guide book which have been developed. A microbiological practicum guide used to work in conjunction with indicators and aspects of problems, social interactions, and principles applies to the category fully implemented. The effectiveness criteria are met with indicators (i) the activities of the practitioners are in the category of the greatest implemented (ii)  response and responsibility to the positive category, (iii) the test result of the practicum of mastery with percentage 90,1% and average value by 33 practican based on the number of experts and the results of the microbiological practice test pilot based on the science process skills have met the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness.
