Abstract:  Anemia is one of nutritional problems commonly experienced in adolescents. Anemia is a condition which the level of Hb is lower than the normal value. This study used cross-sectional design and this general purpose is to know the relationship between dietary rules and nutritional status with phenomenon of anemia among female adolescents  which were selected by purposive sampling Haemoglobin levels were measured using the Haemocytometers, weight measured using digital scales and height using microtoise. The dependent variable was  status of anemia, meanwhile independent variables were dietary rules and nutritional status. Pearson correlation test was used for ratio data. The results shows that 23,3% of the respondents was anemia. Moreover, there is correlation between dietary rules with anemia (p=0,000). However, the nutritional status did not show any correlation with status of anemia (p=0,060). The conclusion is there correlation between dietary rules and nutritional status with anemia.
