Abstract: Education in the industrial era 4.0 is education that is characterized by the use of digital technology in the learning process or known as the cyber system. This system can make the learning process that can take place continuously without space and time limits. The Biology teacher must be able to adjust his steps with the movements of history. Because teachers in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 must be able to increase understanding in expressing themselves in the field of media literacy, understanding information that will be shared with students and finding analysis to solve problems. The challenge is even more interesting when the teacher realizes that students in Industrial Era 4.0. to a school with experiences and expectations that were different from students in previous eras, when teachers were still students now. Therefore, like it or not, ready or not ready, Biology teachers must present the 4.0 industrial revolution in the learning spaces. Keywords: Industrial Era 4.0, Biology Teacher
