Abstract
Abstract: The study employs research and development (R & D) which aims at developing E-Modules of Digestive Systems Based on Discovery Learning VIII at SMPN 05 Makassar which is valid. The stages of this research and development referred to the 4-D model (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). The assessment instruments consisted, namely the instrument of validity in the form of model validity assessment and questionnaire validity assessment instrument. The module effectiveness obtains the average of N-Gain of students in the experiment class by 0.63 (moderate) and the control class by 0.48 (moderate). Based on the result of the study, it is concluded that the E-module of a digestive system based on discovery learning developed is valid.
