Pengaruh Model Blended Learning berbasis Gamifikasi terhadap Motivasi Belajar dan Hasil Belajar Mahasiswa

Abstract


Pembelajaran dengan konsep blended learning berbasis gamifikasi bergantung pada berbagai faktor, termasuk desain elemen gamifikasi, konteks lingkungan belajar, dan karakteristik peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mempertimbangkan perbedaan individu saat merancang elemen gamifikasi dalam pembelajaran campuran untuk memastikan keefektifannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui pengaruh model blended learning berbasis gamifikasi terhadap motivasi belajar (learning motivation) mahasiswa, (2) Mengetahui pengaruh model blended learning berbasis gamifikasi terhadap hasil belajar (learning outcomes) mahasiswa, (3) Mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar (learning motivation) terhadap hasil belajar (learning outcomes), dan (4) Mengetahui pengaruh Student Motivation yang memediasi hubungan antara Gamification-based blended learning model dan Learning Outcomes. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah expost de facto. Sampel pada penelitian ini mahasiswa semester 4 angkatan 2021 yang mempelajari mata kuliah análisis desain sistem informasi pada jurusan teknik informatika dan komputer dengan jumlah 105 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) model blended learning berbasis Gamifikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, (2) motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, dan (3) Motivasi belajar yang memediasi model blended learning berbasis gamifikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Berdasarkan 3 (tiga) hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat bahwa model blended learning berbasis gamifikasi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar. Namun yang menjadi keterbatasan disini adalah model blended learning belum berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar.
