Abstract


This study examines the effectiveness of emotional intelligence training on improving the discipline of students at the Faculty of Psychology, UNM. The subjects of this study were 40 students of the Faculty of Psychology UNM. Sampling using purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using a student disciplinary scale. The data were then analyzed using paired samples t-test. The results of the analysis show that there are differences in student discipline before and after participating in emotional intelligence training.
