Abstract


The main objective of this study is to improve the skills of preparing CAR through inspiration-based guidance and technology with the CETARSH strategy (example-exploration-theory-action-review-present, and reward) for elementary school teachers in cluster I, Rappocini District, Makassar City. This study has 9 (nine) research subjects who intervened in inspiration-based guidance and technology with the CETARSH strategy in the form of action research. Based on the results of the data analysis above, it can be understood that from cycle I to cycle II there has been an increase, namely the average quantitatively it can be seen that the average score of the first cycle is 3.26 or the category is quite increased to 4.16 or good category. Based on the results of observations in two stages, namely cycle I and cycle II, it can be seen that there is an increase in the skills of preparing CAR for teachers. In addition, the opinion of the teachers according to the results of the questionnaire showed that they responded positively to the strategy. It is understood that the increase is as a result of the action/treatment/treatment of inspiration-based guidance with the CETARSH strategy. Or in other words, the action/treatment/treatment succeeded in helping the teacher in compiling CAR.
