PENGEMBANGAN LKPD TEKANAN HIDROSTATIK BERBASIS KETERAMPILAN PROSES SAINS

Abstract


. This article is result from Research and Development (R&D) which has general objectives to produce Works sheets of students (LKPD) based on scientific process. Tool development procedure follows 4-D development model up from Thiagrajan, etc. it includes with define, design, develop, and disseminate. Model/structure of LKPD produces title, questions (observation, analysis and discussion, and conclusion). This model/structure is minimalizing the guide statement like on the experiment guide book (it’s like with “cake recipe”). Two professionals in validation and two apprentices (physics teacher) showed that tool has been fulfilled with valid criteria. Limited experiment tol (hydrostatic pressure) has been fulfilled the criteria and effective. The smoothness of LKPD usage by the teacher in student’s science process skill in problem summarize, hypothesize, apparatus identification, writing the process plot, and find the physics concept with answering the question in LKPD can be determined. The experiment result shows that tools which have been made had fulfilled the valid criteria, practice and effective until we can implement the material in a learning process.

Tulisan ini merupakan hasil Research and Development (R & D) yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran berupa Lembar kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) fisika tingkat SMA berbasis keterampilan proses sains. Prosedur pengembangan perangkat mengikuti model pengembangan 4-D dari Thiagarajan dkk, yang terdiri dari define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Model/kerangka LKPD yang dihasilkan terdiri dari judul, pertanyaan penyelidikan, pertanyaan analisis dan pembahasan, dan pertanyaan penyimpulan. Model/kerangka ini meminimalkan pernyataan tuntunan seperti dalam bentuk penuntun praktikum (yang mirip ”resep kue”). Hasil validasi dua orang pakar/ahli dan dua orang praktisi (guru fisika) menunjukkan perangkat telah memenuhi kriteria valid. Uji coba terbatas LKPD menunjukkan bahwa perangkat memenuhi kriteria praktis dan efektif. Kelancaran penggunaan LKPD oleh Guru dalam pembelajaran sangat didukung oleh buku panduan penggunaan LKPD. Melalui LKPD tersebut, keterampilan proses sains peserta didik dalam merumuskan masalah, merumuskan hipotesis, mengidentifikasi alat dan bahan, menuliskan langkah kerja, dan menemukan konsep fisika dengan menjawab pertanyaan dalam LKPD dapat diukur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat yang telah dihasilkan telah memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis dan efektif sehingga dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran.
