Abstract


ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan daya tahan otot lengan antara atlet dayung cano dan atlet dayung kayak di Sulawesi Selatan. Populasi populasi pada penelitian ini adalah atlet dayung di Sulawesi Selatan. Dengan demikian sampel yang digunakan adalah atle dayung cano dan kayak dengan perincian 10 orang atlet dayung cano dan 10 orang atlet dayung kayak. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis uji t pada taraf signifikan 95%. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian analisis perbedaan daya tahan otot lengan antara atlet dayung cano dan atlet dayung kayak di Sulawesi Selatan diperoleh nilai µcano = 12,3000 < µkayak = 16,3500. Sedangkan nilai tobservasi ( t0 ) = 4,680 > nilai ttabel ( tt ) = 1,73  dengan tingkat probabilitas ( P ) < a0,05, karena nilai tobservasi lebih besar dan probabilitas lebih kecil maka Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan demikian ada perbedaan yang signifikan daya tahan otot lengan antara atlet dayung cano dan atlet dayung kayak di Sulawesi Selatan. Dan daya tahan otot lengan atlet dayung kayak lebih baik dibandingkan daya tahan otot lengan atlet dayung cano di Sulawesi Selatan.

ABSTRACT

This study is a kind of quasi-experimental research. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference between the arms muscular endurance athletes and athletes Cano paddle kayak paddle in South Sulawesi. Population in this study population was rower in South Sulawesi. Thus the sample used was Atle Cano and kayak paddle with the details of 10 people rowing athletes and 10 athletes Cano kayak paddle. Data analysis techniques used were t test analysis at 95% significant level. Based on the results of analytical testing arm muscle endurance difference between Cano rower kayak and rowing athletes in South Sulawesi values ​​obtained μcano = 12.3000 <μkayak = 16.3500. While the value tobservasi (t0) = 4.680> TTable value (tt) = 1.73 probability level (P) <a 0.05, because the probability tobservasi larger and smaller then Ho is rejected and H1 accepted. Thus there are significant differences between the arms muscular endurance athletes and athletes Cano paddle kayak paddle in South Sulawesi. And muscular endurance athletes kayak paddle arm is better than arm muscle endurance rower Cano in South Sulawesi.
