HUBUNGAN KECEPATAN REAKSI TANGAN DAN KOORDINASI MATA-TANGAN DENGAN KECEPATAN PUKULAN PENCAKSILAT PADA ATLET PPLP SAMARINDA

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecepatan reaksi tangan dan koordinasi mata tangan dengan kecepatan pukulan pada cabang olahraga pencaksilat. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet PPLP Samarinda dengan jumlah sampel penelitian 20 orang atlet yang dipilih secara random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis korelasi dan regresi dengan menggunakan sistem SPSS Versi 15.00 pada taraf signifikan 95% atau  a 0,05. Bertolak dari hasil  analisis data, maka penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa: Ada hubungan yang signifikan kecepatan reaksi tangan dengan kecepatan pukulan pada cabang olahraga pencaksilat, terbukti nilai ro = -0,726 (P < a 0,05); Ada hubungan yang signifikan koordinasi mata tangan dengan kecepatan pukulan pada cabang olahraga pencaksilat, terbukti nilai ro = 0,876 (P < a 0,05); Ada hubungan antara  kecepatan reaksi tangan dan koordinasi mata tangan dengan kecepatan pukulan pada cabang olahraga pencaksilat, terbukti nilai Ro = 0,877 (P < a 0,05). Dengan demikian perpaduan antara kedua unsur fisik tersebut yaitu kecepatan reaksi tangan dan koordinasi mata tangan memberikan hasil yang lebih maksimal dalam mencapai kecepatan  pukulan pada cabang olahraga pencaksilat.

ABSTRACT

This study aimed to determine the relationship between the speed of reaction and hand-eye coordination hand punch velocity on pencaksilat sport. This research includes descriptive research. The population of this study are all athletes PPLP Samarinda with sample number 30 athletes were selected at random sampling. The data analysis technique used is the correlation and regression analysis techniques using SPSS system version 15:00 on 95% significance level or a 0.05. Departing from the results of the data analysis, the study concluded that: There is a significant relationship with the speed of reaction speed hand punch on sport pencaksilat, proved the value of ro = -0.726 (P <a 0.05); There is a significant relationship with the hand eye coordination punch velocity on pencaksilat sport, proved the value of ro = 0.876 (P <a 0.05); There is a relationship between the speed of reaction and hand-eye coordination hand punch velocity on pencaksilat sport, proved the value of Ro = 0.877 (P <a 0, 05). Thus the combination of these two elements is the physical reaction speed and hand-eye coordination hand deliver maximum results in achieving speed pencaksilat blow to the sport.
