Abstrak

 

Telah dilakukan pembimbingan praktikum anatomi dan morfologi tumbuhan pada siswa MAN 1 Makassar di laboratorium kebun percobaan biologi (LKPB) FMIPA UNM. Kegiatan praktikum dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2022. Pembimbingan dilaksanakan selama dua kali pertemuan dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 20 orang. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik observasi siswa dan analisis respon angket siswa. Pelaksanaan kegiatan di kelompokkan menjadi dua, yaitu pengamatan morfologi tumbuhan dilaksanakan melalui pengamatan tumbuhan di LKPB dan pengamatan anatomi dikerjakan melalui pengamatan mikroskopis di laboratorium LKPB. Kedua bentuk aktivias pengamatan tersebut dipandu melalui lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD). Hasil pelaksanaan bimbingan praktikum tersebut dinilai berdasarkan respon siswa terhadap kegiatan yang dilaksanakan.  Penilaian dilakukan terhadap 3 indikator utama, yairu respon terhadap sarana dan prasarana, respon terhadap kehandalan pembimbingan dan respon terhadap kepuasan siswa.  Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa siswa secara umum memberikan respon yang baik terhadap ketiga aspek yang dinilai.

Abstract

 

Guidance on plant anatomy and morphology practicum has been carried out for students of MAN 1 Makassar in the Biological Experimental Garden Laboratory (LKPB) FMIPA UNM. Practical activities will be held in August 2022. Guidance will be held in two meetings with a total of 20 students. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative using student observation techniques and student questionnaire response analysis. The implementation of activities is grouped into two, namely plant morphological observations carried out through plant observations at LKPB and anatomical observations carried out through microscopic observations in the LKPB laboratory. Both forms of observation activity are guided through student worksheets (LKPD). The results of the implementation of the practicum guidance are assessed based on student responses to the activities carried out. The assessment is carried out on 3 main indicators, namely the response to facilities and infrastructure, the response to the reliability of guidance and the response to student satisfaction. The results of the assessment show that students generally respond well to the three aspects being assessed.
