Data were collected through two steps, the first was interview and the second was observation. The result of the research showed that (i) the contribution of school supervisors in managerial supervison aspect in the form of guidance about the educator standard and officer education standard, the passive and active equipment standard, the managerial standard, and the cost standard were provided to headmaster, vice headmasters, and head officer. (ii) the contribution of school supervisors in academic supervison aspect in the form of guidance about the content standard, the process standard, the graduation competence standard, and evaluation standard were provided to the teachers. This research is kind of quantitative descriptive research. The subjects of this research were all the participants’ resposes to mathematics school examination of class XII IPA at SMAN in Watansoppeng for 339 answer shets. The data collection was obtained with documentation. The data analysis technique used was quantitative descriptive analysis. The result of the research reveals that mathematics school examination has already fulfilled content validity. In 1 Parameter Logistic Model, the level of difficulty is 22.5% items which is in good category and 77.5% is in poor category. Mathematics school examination in class XII IPA at SMAN in Watansoppeng provides maximal information if it given to the participants who have the ability range -4 to -2. Based on 2 Parameter Logistic Model, the level of difficulty is 37.5% items which is in good category and 62.5% is in poor category. On the aspect distinction power, 50% is in good category an 50% is in poor category. Mathematics school examination in class XII IPA at SMAN in Watansoppeng provides maximal information if it is given to the participants who have the ability of -1. Based on 3 Parameter Logistic Model, the difficulty aspect is 65% which is in good category and 35% is in poor category. On the aspect of distinction power, 47.5% is in good category and 52.5% is in poor category. On guesses parameter, 60% items are in good category and 40% is in poor category. This research is an ex-post facto research with causality in nature conducted in 8 public junior high school for 3 months from March to May 2015. This research consists of independent variable (emotional intelligence and teaching motivation) and dependent variable (teachers’ performance). The subjects of this research were all PPKn teachers in Soppeng district. Data was collected by employing quessionnaires. Data was analyzed by employing quantitative descriptive and inferential analysis. This study is a research and development. The subjects were all 113 students of class XI IPA. The data collection in this study was conducted using test technique. Data was analyzed by employing quantitative descriptive analysis. The result of the study show that: Physics learning result instrument which consists of 45 item of questions given to the students of class XI IPA has already met the aspect of face validity so it can be used to measure the students’ Physics learning outcomes for class XI IPA. Physics learning result instrument which consist of 45 items of questions given to the students of class XI IPA has already met the aspect of content validity so it can be used to measure standard competence, based competence, and indicators that appropriate with Physics material. Physics learning result instrument which consist of 42 items of questions given to the students of class XI IPA has already fulfilled the standard with 8 difficult items, 32 adequately difficult items, and 3 easy items. Physics learning result instrument which consist of 42 items of questions given to the students of class XI IPA has good deceiver which are working for all items. The kind of this research is research and development. The subjects were teacher and students of class X at SMAN 3 Watansoppeng in Soppeng district. The research was conducted in SMAN 3 Watansoppeng in Soppeng district. Data was collected by employing rubric test instruments. Data was analyzed by employing descriptive quantitative analysis. The result of the study reveals that theoretically, the result of dancing assessment instrument of student at SMAN 3 Watansoppeng is valid in terms of content through 3 dimensions, namely body work, performance, and choreography. Those there dimensions cover 12 indicators. The body work dimension consists of flexibility, balance, agility, and endurance. The carriage dimension consists of moving technique, rhythm, compactness, and inspirations. The choreography dimension consists of shape, atmosphere, accompaniment, and makeup. This study is the evaluation by using Stake's Countenance Model, subjects in this study is a school superintendent, coordinator of school supervisors, principals and teachers. Selection of informants in this study conducted by purposive sampling. Data was analyzed using descriptive and qualitative analysis through three grooves. Conclusion of the Program Supervisor Senior High School in the city of Makassar as follows: 1) Component inputs (antecedents), namely: (a) recruitment / appointment and administrative requirements of the supervisor High School, head of SMA is not yet fully meet the evaluation criteria, (b) subject teachers in SMA has been fully qualified S-1 but still there are teachers who do not teach according to the educational background of the S-1; 2) The components of the process (transactionts), namely: (a) control of a school supervisor in preparing the planning administration supervision is maximum, (b) the implementation of the supervision of the managerial to the principal adequate, but the implementation of academic supervision is considered inadequate, (c) the interaction between the Supervisory school principals well established, while the interaction between the school superintendent with the subject teachers in schools have not been well established; 3) components results (output), namely: (a) the effectiveness of managerial principals in the preparation of school programs and implement the eight National Education Standards still needs to be improved, (b) the effectiveness of managerial principals in the implementation of school programs are good, (c) increase the capacity subject teachers in preparing lesson plans and PBM implementation is still low.</em>2017-09-20T00:00:00+08:00Copyright (c) 2017 PEP Educational Assessment
