ANALISIS ALIRAN FLUIDA NEWTONIAN PADA PIPA TIDAK HORIZONTAL

Abstract


Newtonian fluid is a fluid that flows continuously without being influenced by forces acting on the fluid, so that the viscosity doesn’t change. In this study, the cases reviewed is a newtonian fluid flow in the unhorizontal pipe. Application of Newton's second law equation is done theoretically. By using the loaded boundary laminar flow, steady flow, and incompressible flow, then obtained the average velocity of the fluid, the fluid volume flow rate, and the mass flow rate of the fluid in the unhorizontal pipe.

Fluida newtonian merupakan fluida yang mengalir terus tanpa dipengaruhi gaya-gaya yang bekerja pada fluida, sehingga viskositasnya tidak berubah. Dalam studi ini, kasus yang ditinjau adalah aliran fluida Newtonian pada pipa tidak horizontal. Penerapan persamaan hukum II Newton dilakukan secara teoretik. Dengan menggunakan sarat batas aliran laminar, aliran tunak, dan aliran inkompresibel, maka diperoleh kecepatan rata-rata fluida, laju aliran volume fluida, dan laju aliran massa fluida pada pipa tidak horizontal.
